Whew! Where do I begin? I had chosen a new construction townhome and only wanted a realtor to help me purchase it. However, Jonita still took the initiative to find more options in my local area. One neighborhood blew me away! I was able to build a new home in that community within my budget (which is far from infinite). Jonita is detail oriented, thorough, and a SUPERIOR negotiator. I would not have been able to afford all of my upgrades (sprinkler system, privacy fence, exterior stone accents) if she were not experienced enough to negotiate more buyer incentives from the builder. Jonita is a top tier real estate professional who provides elite service even when working with a conservative buyer budget. Amazing.
